Product Information
Excellent Silver Mirror is based on high quality distortion-free float glass. It is produced by coating a silver film, a copper film and two or more layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of float glass.
The production process of glass and silver mirror is as follows:
Prewash→ Polish→ Polish→ Activate→ Silver-Plated → Copper → Baking→ Primer → Primer→ Finish→ Solidification→ Cooling→ Surface Cleaning→ Lower Plate→ Test→ Packaging.

1) Mirrors are available in either silver or aluminum and suit all atmospheric conditions.
2) The mirror surface is clear and bright, giving distinct and lifelike image.

D, Inspect the finished products.
E, Final inspection when pack up all the goods.if there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.
